We are looking for both experienced Childcare/Activity Leaders and enthusiastic Assistants to join our team to bring to life the The Outdoors Project ethos. We are looking for people who are fun and engaging to give children and parents confidence in the fact that every element of their time with us is being delivered with enthusiasm and care.
Every Holiday Club day follows a clear structure, Leaders and Assistants will deliver a safe and fun day of activities in line with The Outdoors Project training, often days will be based on a popular children’s theme ie. Harry Potter, Pokemon, Roald Dahl, Minecraft and actvities include; Bush Craft, Survival Skills, Team Games, Nerf and Nature Craft.
Fresh air, nature, exercise, developing friendships, engaging in “wild time”, exploring creativity & imagination, learning new skills and above all having lots of FUN !!
